"So annoyed with this place. Always an issue. Wish the one on Van Houten was opened. I placed an order for 8 pies online for my son's birthday. As my husband is leaving to go pick up our order they call me to tell me I have to pay before they can make the pies. If that was the case than the website shouldn't have allowed me to place the order with the option to pay in store. I have never been called by any pizza spot to tell me they cannot make my order unless I pay 1st. Pizza Hut needs to do better. This is extremely unprofessional and is very suspicious. I did not feel comfortable providing the young lady with my card information over the phone."

"How a pizza is delivered like this and you going to refuse to give customer a refund? Like you rather loose a customer than $20 bucks? What kind of store managers are these, my goodness, I honestly don’t know how pizza hut still in business, pizza is garbage and service is worse."

"When paying $8 for a single order of cheese sticks, why skimp on the cheese? Look at how little cheese is on the outer two sticks. They'll sell you a whole pizza with toppings for less money than this. Are they forced to skimp on the cheese breadsticks in order to fund the pizza deals? I am tired of being disappointed with what used to be a favorite menu item for my family. Also, the side sauce portions have gotten smaller, and now represent an inadequate size."

"First they forgot our drink and we called back and they gave us a credit for it so that was fine. Then took a bite out of our pizza to discover it was covered in BBQ sauce instead of marinara sauce. So we called back again and very rudely, a woman named “Molly” or “Emoli” (couldn’t really understand her), accused us of lying and pretty much told us to deal with it and that she wouldn’t do anything. Phone call took place between 7:50-8:05PM October 31st."
