"Every restaurant in Newark’s United Terminal C are owned and operated by OTG. Your food comes from a warmer somewhere usually. Other than the few hamburger and cheesesteak spots the restaurants are just storefronts for branding purposes. “Flora” is especially horrible. $20 for a completely devoid of flavor Zatar chicken wrap. Chicken is stewed or warmed. No grilling, no care, no flavor.. devoid of anything at all but sadness and regret. Pita wrap is actually a cold tortilla. Lettuce is food service grade bagged wilted iceberg. No Zatar flavor. Really bad. I’ve had significantly better food from a cart on the airplane. The Brussels sprouts are near the bottom scale of edible but also devoid of flavor. If you can - avoid all “restaurants” operated by OTG and eat a snickers bar to hold you over until you get anywhere else. It’s a cesspool. Any generic fast food place would be a supreme upgrade. You literally cannot review this restaurant (or the beer garden, or vesper, or any of them) any lower. Google should have a less than 1 star option because 1 star implies something above zero and Flora is worse than not eating."

"I have ordered the Crushed Avocado Toast. It was nothing like the picture. It was hard boiled eggs on avocado and a slice of bread. I have attached a picture."

"I was on my way to Athens Greece but before taking off, the plane experienced a mechanical failure resulting in all the passengers having to disembark. Although, this was a bit disappointing, I did manage to find this nice spot while waiting for another plane, which, had an array of adult beverages, which, really helped pass the time away. This is definitely a great spot to relax while listening to music which, is played throughout the establishment. The servers are friendly and very engaging and the wines are great too! Should you find yourself at Newark Airport in New Jersey and looking for a place to unwind, I'd definitely recommend stopping by here."

"I rarely write negative reviews, but I felt the need to do so this time. The food here was absolutely terrible and overpriced. They try to sound high-end by saying you have items like "dry-aged steak" when it's just tasteless, overcooked and extremely greasy beef. The fries were worse than McDonald's. We waited for over an hour for a meal worse than fast food. Not worth it, I strongly do not recommend this place."

"We waited around 40 minutes for food. Hard to beat when you've been traveling the better part of 24 hours from Europe. My husband got a burger and fries with no cheese but it came with cheese. You have to see the pic I've posted to see what a joke the added onion was. The fries were the typical packaged fries and the burger wasn't anything too special not taste like lamb. My order came out maybe 5 minutes later even though we got the order all at the same time and I had only ordered the fries, though not the typical packaged crinkle cut, wasn't much special about them at all. Music was so loud I could barely hear and it drowned out flight information. Lots of dirty tables. 50 bucks for that, no thanks, I'll pick up a packaged snack from CIBO and wait til I get home next time."
