"I rarely review but I had to this time. I truly truly feel bad for the employees here. Came here on Halloween night, you would think they had a “full staff” but unfortunately they had ONE person working. I felt so bad for him and the amount of orders he had to handle while customers kept walking in!!! Come on Kung fu owners! Im sure you’re aware of this. Have a contingency plan in place or close the shop. Lack of leadership is a recipe for disaster. Edited: I give the employee a 5 star for showing up and working for a team of 3. * I still give the shop a 2 for not showing up…regardless of the low staff, YOU should have got in there and helped out."

"My first visit to this boba shop was unfortunately an uncomfortable experience. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist wasn’t very friendly. I had difficulty understanding whether I should place an order or pick up an existing one because when I entered to the shop she told me. Is this for pick up? And I asked “oh do I have to order by phone first to received it here? And she puts me a face very annoying but I didn’t know how it works there “it’s for order know” I said , and when I finally inquired about available flavors, her attitude turned hostile. I felt rushed as I tried to choose a flavor, and her facial expressions seemed condescending. It was evident that she was looking down on me, possibly because of my limited English proficiency as a Hispanic customer. Her unprofessional behavior and disdainful gestures made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer. I hope the shop takes steps to improve its customer service, as the quality of service is crucial in creating a positive customer experience. As a boba enthusiast, I was disappointed that my first visit to this place wasn’t pleasant. I hope that in the future, I can enjoy their drinks without feeling uncomfortable.”"

"I ordered online for an Oreo Wow and when I got it, it’s just milk and some boba. I mean like it was ok milk but I would’ve appreciated even just a crumb of Oreo or like the brown sugar wow. If any ingredients ran out, they should’ve just cancelled the order instead of just letting me take my drink and walk off with something that wasn’t worth the price I bought it for."

"Have always loved visiting Kung Fu Tea! Two summers ago I reached out about possibly getting them to cater for our graduation party. They helped me pick out two different drinks to set up a bubble tea bar in our backyard. Everyone loved having bubble tea at the party and Kung Fu was amazing to work with! Last summer our family requested bubble tea when we went to visit them, placed another catering order, and traveled to Cape Cod with Kung Fu Tea in the back seat. Last week I reached out to the amazing owners at Kung Fu to place a last minute catering order and again they provided amazing service and even threw in some extra strawberry popping bubble. Thank you for always providing amazing bubble tea and service for all our parties! Can’t wait for the next!"
