Real Fruit Bubble Tea

"Update: they said they would refund me and never did. No one ever reached out other than to tell me someone else would reach out to help me w a refund. Disgusting. I got my daughter a drink and at the end of the drink we saw a live bed bug. Customer service was trash and they wouldn't give me a refund after knowing my daughter ended up throwing up. They offered a free drink, but even after telling them my daughter became ill and would never return they stopped answering."

"WILLOWBROOK MALL LOCATION NOT RECOMENDED. THEY CHARGE THE SAME AMOUNT AS THE OTHER LOCATIONS. THEY GIVE YOU MORE WATER THAN MANGOS. WE WENT TO TRY IT ONE MORE TIME AND NOTICE HOW ONE LARGE MANGO JUICE WAS DONE. INSTEAD WE DROVE TO HANCKENSACK BY RIVERSIDE SQUARE MALL AND GOT A TRUE MANGO JUICE. I DONT RECOMEND THIS LOCATION. THEY ALSO DONT FILL THE CUP. THEY ARE CHEAP."

"Located in the food court right next to Wendy’s next to Sarku, a welcome addition. Placed my order and paid on the self serve kiosk, waited about 2 minutes and got my drink. I tried the passion fruit green lemon tea with popping bobas. The kiosk asks for how much sugar and ice you want in your drink. Pretty sweet, next time I will have to ask for less sugar, even though I asked for ‘normal’. Lots of staff working in the background although you don’t really talk to them because of the kiosks."
