"HORIBBLE. This is by far the worst franchise of McDonald’s I have ever encountered. Order was wrong and refused to fix it. The manager didn’t care. The workers don’t care, drive through doesn’t care. I have never in my life written a review because that’s not really something I do, but I just had to come on here and say what a horrible experience I just endured."

"My father and I came to this Mcdonald’s to place an order for takeout through the drive through. The lady who took our order was extremely rude and had a massive attitude. She snapped at us when we were ordering & that’s not a way to speak to customers. if you aren't able to speak to people properly, don’t work in the service industry. horrible service."

"I have been there today about 6:00 o clock to picking up my food and I experienced worse customer service and behavior from the employees forever in my life. There were two employees working at the drive through window.One person was nice and he was delivering my order nicely, but the other one with long hair was so rude, unprofessional, mean and very disrespectful to me.I was very upset and disappointed with his attitude. I was very nervous and surprised that “ McDonald “ the world famous restaurant has such a stupid employee! who has no sense of humor and no customer service behavior. I will never place my order with this guy."

"Location is always busy and the employees are always actively working. Would like to know when the store is going to switch over to a better beverage system. Most companies have switched over to the Freestyle machines? Is old Coke dispenser they have have a very limited choice of flavors. Especially if you're looking for something healthy or diet."

"Terrible at the end. The service and the food aren't like in Connecticut, where I live. I ordered two times, the second one was just a burger by mobile order to server on table. The lady at register was unhappy to serve directly to the table so start screaming my name in counter instead of serve on table. Then after a while she came to us an almost throw the burger on the table. Then I open the burger to look at the pickles ( I ordered that burger because I wanted the pickles to be honest )...
