"I didn't order food, so no food review. Service is excellent, and I feel like I have some benefits with my Starbucks status for the first time. I ordered through the mobile phone and got it fast, even with a three-fold line in the store. However, perhaps because they are too busy, the macchiato tastes worse than a standard cappuccino—very milky! But as I've noticed, if you order a special drink in any Starbucks these days, no matter what you order, you end up with a latte. So, save your bucks; order traditional American coffee and cream, lol. Starbucks! What's going on?"

"So they got workers making fun of the hearing impaired because I thought I heard my name. One of your workers gave me a bad attitude and told me it didn’t even sound the same as my name under her tongue like I can’t read lips…thats what hearing impaired people do. To be the person in charge of customer care it was disappointing. I hope she gets trained better in not making snarky undirected comments to the customers."

"This was honestly the most disgusting Starbucks I’ve been to. I understand that it can get busy at times but that isn’t an excuse to ignore the obvious trash everywhere you look (see photos). With at least 5 people on shift you would think at least one could step away to deal with this disaster. Do better."

"Frozen lemonade was made fast, but it was not frozen at all??? There was not one trace of ice in it and I picked it up 2 minutes after I 0rdered it through the app. I don't know how it would melt it 2 minutes so either they gave me an old lemonade or they didn't use ice in it at all."
