"Absolute worst customer experience I've ever had in my life. The owner Fred, is incredibly rude. Our delivery was pushed back three times and when they finally came, unannounced and by surprise, the fridge didn't fit in its designated space. When I spoke to Fred on the phone he began to yell at me and was upset when I tried to explain the awful customer experience. He told us not to use the fridge and when I asked him what we do with the food that was in our old fridge his response was "That's not my problem," and then hung up on me."
"The Best Housekeeping Appliance ahop at 17 Avenue A is a cabinets and appliances store. They have microwaves, full range stoves and ovens, refrigerators and air conditioners, and they have both Kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I think they do custom cabinets, but I was informed only in certain materials. So to be continued..."

"Bought a BROKEN AC for $500 and after getting home was told to call GE for service. GE came and said it would take 2 weeks to repair. These guys offered me no help getting GE to expedite it, wouldn't give me a loner while it was out, and wouldn't swap it out for a working one even though GE is going to fix, within 2 weeks. You would think a GE distributor would do a little better than that. All they did was give me 800 numbers to call. Then gave me a local GE repairman's # which just referred back to the 800. "Oh well keep calling he'll pick up" How about you call out of some sense of responsibility to your customers. Didn't even make an effort on my behalf. One guy even told me they had had another customer report the same problem with the same AC, obviously not information he wanted to pass on to me when I had my credit card out. Same as the other reviewer on yelp, I was trying to shop local and keep the money in the community instead of Best buy. They probably sold me a refurbished one in the 1st place. Probably inherited the business and have been coasting on the "since 1923" story. I cant tell u how angry this makes me. We're in the 4th heat wave of 2010 to boot. I hope they get really bad paper cuts."
