Chipotle Mexican Grill

"1 star because I couldnt give 0 stars…FOOD PORTIONS get less and less every time I come here. I opened my bowl and this is what I see. It looks like someone ate more than half of the bowl……thats how TERRIBLE the portions are. I looked at the bottom and there were maybe 3 tablespoons of rice. Other locations always fill it to the top. ITS ONLY THIS LOCATION THAT SUCKS! Dont even ask for double because they will upcharge on everything and not even give you anything more that you are expecting. So ridiculous for how freaken expensive. Screw this place. I am done coming to this place. I have the most patience and never write bad reviews but this was a MUST!"

"Food was fine but I ordered online for 6:20pm pick up. As it stands now, it's 6:52pm and they haven't even got to my order yet. Poorly staffed and organized. Do not go here if your hungry or on any sort of schedule"

"I have eaten at Chipotle many times and always leave thinking that I should have chosen something else. The seasoning of the food is very meh. Nothing really stands out. I think they should incorporate garlic into their recipes for some sort of flavor. The staff is nice but the line moves super slow at this location."

"Asked for some sides to my order and they gave me a hard time . They said I needed to pay for it when In the past I never did. I was confused but what confused me more was the fact that these two Spanish girls were talking about me and saying to charge me because I didn’t even say please. I got upset because I know I did say please and even if I didn’t what type of rule is that ? I confronted them and told them and they said they didn’t care . The girl below approached me in a threading manner (mind you in seven months pregnant) and got extremely close to my face and screamed for me to leave in front of other customers . She refused to give me her name and the manager who is also Spanish and named Maria just kept egging it on and not de escalating the situation as she should have ."

"I hate to give negative feedback but this was really unfortunate. I had ordered a sofrita bowl (vegetarian) as a pick up. I found pieces of steak in my bowl. Which is really bad and even more so being a Hindu since cows are sacred to us. When I went back after work the best they said they could do was remake the bowl. Which is really unfortunate and also to add not a single apology."
