"Negative 0stars . This location is horrible! The service, the representation, the cleanliness, the lack of perfectionism! They lied on door dash, this Elizabeth location canceled my order and blamed it on a door dash driver. When called to find out what was happening I was told no I couldn’t get a refund on the order just a store credit or I can come down to get my food myself. Upon entering the store there was nothing but door dash drivers waiting for orders. Would not recommend at all!!!"

"This location is absolutely horrible. It is one of the most poorly ran Pizzahut locations in New Jersey. I have ordered from this location many years ago and also recently. The service is just as bad today as it was many years ago as well. I'm surprised that this place is still in business. It has to be because it is one of the only Pizzahut locations in Elizabeth. Otherwise, this place would have gone out of business a long time go. Check the negative reviews on google if you don't believe me. My last order for delivery took 3 hours before I had to cancel it. You'll have better luck ordering from this place through doordash, ubereats or grubhub. If you order from them directly you may never get your food."

"Placed an order on their website. Never received the food. They told me I had to contact Door Dash. I didn't order through Door Dash or use the door Dash app lol. Guy who answered the phone was clueless. If you're hungry,please don't order from here. You have a better chance of getting a Muslim to eat pork than to get your food on time or even AT ALL from here!"

"I ordered the Big Dinner Box and Cinnamon Sticks at 12:13 am using UberEats and it arrived within 30 minutes. It was cooked perfectly and delicious. I was skeptical because of all of the negative reviews but my pizza was fine. Thank you!"
