"Good said it was delivered on app but came 30 minutes later. Food was cold and chicken was undercooked. When I called the store to make a complaint no one spoke English so I was just stuck with cold undercooked food."

"If there were zero stars I would have gone with that. This is hands down the worst domino’s restaurant I have ever ordered from. And we’re not talking just once, but over the course of years this restaurant has just been on a down hill slide with employees obviously not caring at all about you or your food preparation. When they screw up your order or deliver cold food they promise refunds but you never actually get a refund. I live a block away, and I’m always the last delivery on the guys route. Over an hour and a half for delivery time. It’s hard to think dominos pizza could really get any worse but somehow this location keeps raising the bar and poor quality food"

"Last night I ordered a hawaiian pizza n a marble cookie around 1015ish, I usually order from domino's n never had an issue ordering from them till last night. I understand the inconvenience of being short staff. But being short staffed has nothing to do with the preparation of the food. Especially, when we are paying your prices dominos + your delivery fee, Us as customers if we are paying your prices we should be able to atleast receive some decent food. Last night , It took 4 Hours for my food to get here i was already falling asleep! The driver gave me a call around 2 AM saying she was 7 Min away. Also the driver called me with thru a private number , the driver knew what she was delivering , i ended up getting delivered a COLD , HARD, pizza last night, n not only that they burnt the cookie i ordered n NEVER decided to cut it, n on top of that i still tipped the driver considering they are short staffed but after receiving my food i definately think it wasnt worth it. I am so disappointed with this type of service . If the delivery was gonna be made late they should given me a call telling me that its gonna be 4 hours late, n atleast kept the food warm, but not let the food be outside for it to get all cold , theres no type of consideration on how ur employees are making food n no type of consideration on how they are preserving it. Ask yourself now.. would u wouldve liked to be serviced this way? You guys already look bad with ur terrible delivery service. Why add on to that w. Your terrible quality food service ? Highly disappointed with you dominos !"

"My first time I other from this place and it was the worst it took them 50 minutes to make it, an extra 28 minutes from the time the driver left the store to arrive in to my house and I only live 4 minutes-away. This is how my order arrive. I call to make a complain an the person I spoke to was rude. Telling me that there driver doesn’t only do one delivery at the time. But if it is to delivery a cold order I prefer no order again from this place. Big mistake with no clients no business. One more unhappy customer."
