"Beware of great sounding coupons! Got 2 $15 off any purchase of $15 or more in store coupons, "combine with storewide sales to save even more" is printed on front. On back very misleading,-maximum discount of $40. Everything in the store was on sale for 40% off so I basically couldn't use the coupon. Wasted lots of travel and shopping time. Won't patronize them again! Original prices are ridiculous. Plenty of other stores to shop at. This is why companies go out of business"

"This store use to feel cheerful and inviting now it is very drab and stiff only one associate which I wish I had gotten her name (Caucasian young lady) really made us feel wanted and invited also your coupon policy should be clearer cause there was a text coupon I received and instead of attempting to try it because it did say in store and online it was blown off and the store manager was not a help just condescending as a very long shopper and former employee of the company and even this store dissatisfied and disappointed isn’t enough and not only my experience but I could hear other customers voicing how uninviting the store felt also"

"Horrible location & questionable business practices from the company itself. I found the manager at the route 3 location in Clifton NJ to be very condescending with little ability to be empathetic to the needs of the customer, like myself. On my 1st visit to this store, the girl at the register was unable to figure out how much change she owed me after I paid with cash. As she struggled to try and subtract, I verbally told her how much she owed me & she still shorted me $3 when she handed me my change. As for the companies return policy, it's ridiculious. I purchased 2 different size bras as I was in between sizes. I was encouraged by the sales person, who was amazing, to purchase both & return the 1 that didn't fit as well after wearing it for a few hours. Wearing both bras for just a few hours in the house, to assure comfortablness & support, I returned 1 bra the following day. I was informed that I could not return the bra as it did not have the tags on it. This is a ridiculious practice that benefits the pockets of the company & does nothing to support the customers which shop at the stores. That is greed at its finest. You have a niche market. Treat them like they matter!!!"

"Talk bout a 1 stop shop! I was able to find everything I need & wanted at this Lane Bryant stor. The shoe dept is wonderful & the Sales Associates are Simply Amazing."
