"I will not be coming back to this place ever again in the food court food is nasty and I literally see them bringing out food from the back that I know is from yesterday. This place is nothing like it used to be when I first came here when they opened it was great but now the food is cheap and they changed the steak and still charge 15 dollars for it and everyone working there doesn’t even know how to talk and are really rude. Like what happen to the nice people that used to work there"

"Ate here with my cousin and husband and we all got bad food poisoning the next morning. It was horrible. I've never experienced this from a food court. Pretty scary. Food wise, the tostones were rock hard. The ropa vieja did had have good flavor."

"I go to the Montclair location a couple times a year, so was intrigued when I saw they opened up a spot in the Willowbrook food quart. The works were super cool and welcoming. I decided on a rice bowl, and they barely put anything in the bowl. Paying $11 for a chicken rice bowl and not having it filled to the brim is unfortunate. The chicken and rice were also pretty cold and it looked a little disorganized in the stand. At the Montclair location, portion sizes are never an issue, so I was surprised with how little they gave me. Especially the chicken. Not a complaint, but I wish the restaurant add the chicken lollipop marinate into the chicken they use for the bowls. The grilled chicken I got was kinda meh."

"If I could give it a zero I would the man at the register was very rude and obnoxious. The food they gave me was like a kids meals and I paid $18 i hve been to the restaurant in Montclair and never had a issues but this is a mess they gave me almost no rice and beans gave me 4 shrimp and 3 plantains and it taste horrible I would absolutely not recommend and would never come back to eat I wish I could get my money back. They also charges me for a tiny tiny little bit of sauce so pathetic"
