"I recently visited Five Guys and was thoroughly disappointed by my experience. Right from the outset, the staff's nonchalant attitude towards customers set a poor tone. What particularly caught my attention was the lack of personal hygiene, especially the staff's unkempt fingernails, which was off-putting. The cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. The soda and condiment area was swarming with gnats, creating a very unhygienic environment. This was further compounded by the state of the bathrooms, which were nothing short of disgusting. To make matters worse, the tables were dirty and created an unwelcoming atmosphere for dining. It's clear that there's a severe lack of attention to cleanliness and customer service, which reflects poorly on the management. The owners need to take a more active role in overseeing the operations and ensuring basic standards are met. Unfortunately, my experience was so unpleasant that I ended up throwing out my food and leaving the restaurant. It felt like I had just donated $18 to a place that doesn't value its customers or their dining experience. This visit was a total letdown and has discouraged me from returning in the future."
