"The staff at west caldwell need to be coached and properly trained . The worst customer service , they have a very bad attitude . They close at 9 , I walked in 8:15 . They looked closed when I walked in so I asked if they were open . They replied SORT OF . I said excuse me ? You're either open or closed ! So in a whisper they asked what I want. This is my second bad experience at this location. Either they close early or they turn the lighted sign off . I will nor go there again even though I live up the street"
