"The gentle in the drive through window today was agitated and rude while taking my order and was extremely rude when I got to the window to pay. My wrap was poorly wrapped as well. It was an over all poor experience. I was extremely nice the entire experience. I understand we all have bad days but this is the second time with the same gentleman."
