"Chuckie Cheese has been around since I was a kid myself, now having to celebrate my 3yr Old Birthday here was a huge disappointment. So you have 2hrs to your party, however our attendee had rushed us 1hr 30min to wrap up and pay the bill right away not once but twice, let's not forget the fact of they don't do gratuities on CC, it must be cash. Now food, pizza was ok, but it took a while before I told an employee that we needed plates for the pizza and utensils for the desert and cake. It's a poor customer service run business because if you want a drink your walking across to the soda fountain rather then providing pitchers. Secondly we paid for the Ultimate package, and let me tell you I'd think twice about paying for any package because you aren't getting your monies worth we spent almost $500 in a party of 12 kids, for 1 14" Pie which is a joke, a 10" chocolate cake, we didn't take the goodie bags because it's cheap chochky toys, they never followed through with the package value and what it Intel's. Cleanliness is below satisfactory they don't have any attendees wiping down games or cleaning bathrooms. Bathroom is a epic disappointment. Attendees don't smile they all look miserable, or annoyed, or they hate they're job, not even knowing if a manager is present to help reassure the quality and customer satisfactory of a great experience. Let's be real if the company is spending millions of dollars to operate, advertise, and have employees work for them and promote the motto "Where a kid can be a kid" then do it, if not then either replace the staff and management or change the branding mentality. Don't let this become a lame brand that turns into Friday Night at Freddy's...."

"Food was amazing the pizza was so good. My only problem was the manager whose name starts with K and the young girl that wears a lot of makeup. Both has rude attitudes. Not friendly at all. Almost seemed bothered at the registers when your interrupt their personal conversation."

"Good place to visit with kids on any day of week. 2 hrs is good enough to have fun and enjoy the food - pizza and drinks. It’s good for kids over 5. Fine for above 4 as well but you have to help them in most of the games. Nice neat and clean place. Easy entry from parking lot. Parents can enjoy too with kids in certain games. One hour pass cost $30 - you can play unlimited games. Staff members are good too."
