"Bradley’s used to have my favorite pizza - the tomato pie. Unfortunately new ownership has changed the recipe. It’s now so thin you can’t pick up a slice and keep the tomatoes on it. It also isn’t cooked long enough, and when the short cooking time is combined with the thin crust - it results in a pizza more like bruschetta than the delicious roasted tomato pie that it used to be. Unfortunately we won’t be ordering the tomato pie again unless they plan to change the recipe back."
