"They gave me a small cup when I asked for a large. What are you trying to say!?!?Then I asked for a bacon egg and cheese with no croissant. I got one with a croissant and I got no bacon."

"I just came from Burger King in Chester Ny. I ordered two sausage, egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches without the egg hash browns in a small tea. When I open my sandwiches much to my surprise, I was serve Joe instead of biscuit with the cheese and sausage.. I called Burger King immediately asked to speak with a manager and she stated her name was Stephanie. I told her when I receive, and her only answer was OK as if she didn’t care.. I putting out this review for people who do review reviews I am also going to take picture and forward my complaint above and beyond. Furthermore, this morning staffed that I encountered with this day Sunday 830 on January 14, 2024 I think it’s rude as well because as I was the drive-through, I heard another employee yelling in the background . I so DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BURGER KING !!!!"

"Great service. Terrible breakfast food with awful coffee. Bathroon not clean. Was there approx 10:30a on a Wed. Posted poor review on earlier day, took an hour. After send, review went into loop and received forever pages of letters and numbers. Poor service in Chester, NY and poor response with review. RAEA. 11:30. Sat"

"Takeout for dinner was great tonight. Cashier was kind and helpful. Our food was hot and fresh. The cook even took the time out to fry my chicken sandwich longer which was amazing. Thanks Burger King Chester!"

"My children were bummed that the Play Place wasn't reopened, it is still blocked with caution tape. However, they enjoyed their Kid's Meals and the Sonic toys that were inside. They had a lot of fun with those. I had a great time with my kiddos, which is what it's really about."
