"Worst McDonald’s ever!!! They consistently get the order wrong, slowest drive thru service ever, the staff is rude AF and when they do get your order right somehow it’s over cooked everytime! They need a whole new staff including management and ownership."

"I was at the location yesterday. I purchased 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and the chicken was highly overcooked ( literally burnt). I tried calling the store but nobody picked up. After continuously calling somebody picked up the call and when I complained he hung up. Until now I have tried numerous times to call them but no answer. I had to throw both the sandwiches because they were inedible."

"One of the nicest well managed McDonald's I've been to in a long time. The place is clean, the food was as good as it should be for fast food and the best part was how friendly the staff are. "Please check your food! I have been served raw/bloody meat twice here. First time it was a chicken sandwich with a raw bloody center. This last time was raw center on a quarter pounder with bacon. The first time this happened I was reimbursed for my meal by a Customer Service Rep. No problem. This last time August 22, 2023, I reach out to McDonalds online and inform them of the raw food I had to throw out. Their response was an e-mail from an individual named Gaynell William (McDonald's Director of Operations, McDonald's Fairfield) who hoped McDonalds can serve me in the future better. Really? An e-mail? Thats it? I can only assume this location is in the habit of serving raw food so often they no longer even try. Someone needs to inform the staff at this McDonalds what E.Coli is and how dangerous it is. Folks, eat here at your own risk."
