"Never had an issue wit the service or quality of food while using this location. Like many have mentioned, the service is very slow. However, it is the only location within a 5-mile radius with a drive-thru. It is also the only location open at 5:30am up to 10pm in this area of the state. Most locations are open much later and close earlier, so this location tends to get a ton of customers. Best bet is if you're ordering ahead through the app, do so outside the "rush hours" and if it is during the busy hours, best bet is to use the drive-thru. I've done this and no issues."
