"poorly managed staff. went in for coffee and no one but 1 person out of 4 working said they new how to make coffee. won't be going back for coffee or anything else. making coffee is a simple task anyone should be able to do it."

"It seems like a fun atmosphere and the employees enjoy working but I noticed that conveniently on coffee Tuesday the machine with lattes and hot chocolate is broken down. Maybe it's just me when I get there but idk. Other than that the employees are polite and understanding. I do enjoy the perks of having wawa."

"Walked in this morning for coffee and breakfast. I commented out loud to the people behind sandwich prep counter "no breakfast sandwiches ready?" They continued to talk to each other. So I went to register with just my coffee. After waiting at register for help I left my coffee on counter and rushed to quick check. Where there's plenty of breakfast sandwiches, hot coffee , and people to help you. First and last time for this location."

"Horribly unorganized. Have done several mobile orders. Never in the same place never on the mobile order rack. The last time my bag was at the register... EMPTY... No one know why? Then when I said something about quick check opening the woman gave me the FINGER. Never going back. How does any customer facing person think it's okay to give a customer the finger? No response no apology from corporate either"
