"This was the absolute worst experience at Chuck E. Cheese ever. We arrived at 5:55 on a Sunday night. The place had maybe 10 customers. The waitstaff was rude & the place was disgusting. We reluctantly ordered pizza & 2-30 minute cards because we had 2 anxious kiddos waiting to play. 25 minutes later we had no food & had been spoken to rudely multiple times. This place needs some serious management help. And a visit from the health department. We’d never return. From now on, save yourself the frustration and go to the one on Route 23."

"Above and beyond! We found the games and facility clean and well maintained. The food was really good. BUT the best was the staff. Seriously went out of their way to make our day great and made my sons bday awesome! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to have a great time with their kids. Loved it here !"

"Where do I start not only did our food take 40 mins while the place was basically empty the food was cold. The slices were small like I am talking about thin and uneven. I was handed my food by who I assume was the manger with their vape in hand. I’m saying assuming was the manager due to the fact she was screaming at the rest of the staff honestly quite unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. She was also quite aggressive. I saw her just walk around not working while screaming at everyone else to work. Why were their children also be-hide the counter and running around and the manager was letting this happen idk seems ridiculous too me"

"My kid was invited to a bday party at chuck e cheese. I'd never been before. It was loud. Which was expected. The layout downstairs isn't that great, makes walking around kind of annoying. A good amount of games were out of order, minus 1 star. The card system they have in place of physical tickets is helpful. The pizza was pretty good for what I expected (except for the stuffed crust). My kid actually tried and enjoyed pepperoni for the first time. Thanks Charles!"
