"We have dealt with this particular location for a couple of purchases of appliances and they have been normally welcoming and helpful but today was a totally different story. My husband and I went in to purchase a refrigerator we called before we went and asked for the manager Courtney and was told he was on lunch to call back in a hour once I finished working we called again and was told he was still out on lunch 3 hours later. We decided to just go to the location. Upon arrival we asked for Courtney and he just happened to come in so he asked my husband what we were looking for and my husband said a refrigerator he didn’t he even bother to show us what they had. I saw one fridge that was to our liking and let my husband know. I onced overed the refrigerator and it smell like cleaner, I thought ok it’s pre owned which wasn’t a problem cause they offer a warranty till it is paid off. My husband was filling out the contract and left to get us coffee while I was waiting on my order here comes the manager I was under the impression he was helping my husband but wasn’t. I return to the store my husband was dealing with the most useless sales girl ever. He was finishing up the process and he was paying the payment and the sales girl was it’s 190. My husband was making the payment and it was bugging me the price.I mentioned that is a preowned refrigerator she had the nerve to straight face lie and say that it was new. My husband and I went over it again and my husband went over to the back at the bottom and found a huge pile of dust on the bottom by the fans and showed her the disgusting amount of dust. And she still claimed it was new . I told her no this was preowned and it needs to be discontinued. She was like oh it already has 200 taken off it. I told her no that doesn’t work. She then proceeds to tilt her head back roll her eyes and call for the manger which didn’t even bother to get up and take care of the situation. My husband was frustrated and just cancels the entire contract and they did and told us we will see our money refunded in 3-5 business days. Just a horrible experience We will NEVER deal with them again. Lack of respect, complete lack of customer service especially for returning customers. Lying sales agents not to mention lazy. Just rude and disrespectful all the way around. Stay clear of them is my advice."
