"I been going to this gamestop since it first opened up back in 2009, And as of now every time i call to ask questions they never answer the phone. It seems like when i go to the store and the phone rings they answer the phone. I don’t know if its just laziness, or they don’t wanna be bother, or they don't know how to multitask. When you’re in the customer service field multitasking is crucial, But they need to do better with answering the phones."

"Unfortunately during March 24th I have to update my review on Paterson's GameStop. During the 24th some employe by the name of "Frangy" didn't want to sell me the Resident Evil 4 remake because I looked like a minor. I literally had to grab my ID just so I could prove that I wasn't."
"I've been going here for years. I love the guys there they are true nerds and know what they're talking about. Very cool and super helpful. The only issue is they really need an upgrade in their systems and wifi . they should have better hardware to work with to make their lives easier. it's not their fault people they work with what they got"
