"Maccuato and latte were cold, no foam again. Thought I'd give it o e more try as this has happened before."
"New location has ruined management of this Dunkin. It’s too big for them to handle. They never turn off online ordering when they’re closed. So, you place an order before you leave from work and pull up to find that they’re closed. No way of getting a refund through the app either. Manager is rude. They need new management. It’s so simple to turn off online ordering and put signs on your door explaining you’re closed and sorry for the inconvenience. Lastly it’s a shame they made it so cold and sterile with its decoration. This could have been cozy and great place to meet friends for coffee."
"As others have stated, the change in location has ruined this Dunkin. The drive thru is incredibly inefficient, and the parking lot/thruway is an absolute disaster. Don't bother."
"Clean, large and cozy a Dunkin."
"As a Denville resident, the change of location was a huge mistake. Not only did the change of location (a little further down on Rte. 46 near Rte. 53) impact the ability for locals to easily get back into their neighborhoods. The parking lot is an absolute disaster, including a baffling loop-around. There is major construction going on for the Extra Space Storage that both businesses share, and it’s crawling along. Trucks and other cars become tangled up and halted by the awkward layout, and there are maybe 6 non-handicapped spots. The pavement is torn up with treacherous potholes, and exiting is dangerous for multiple reasons. Feel free to see them all for yourself, but I wouldn’t advise it. That aside, the staff is fine but not enough to salvage the experience. Save your tires and your time. I didn’t think it would happen, but I’m switching to Starbucks across the way by the Moe’s where there are at least spots, a paved parking lot, ability to safely exit said lot, and a quirky staff, just to name a few."
