Sogo Hibachi Grill

"We've been going there for years. Past few times their service has been deteriorating. Last time the hibatchi chef didn't provide the 2 sauces. When he served our food I asked for it and it took over 20 mins. The food wasn't prepared like it used to. If this keeps up I'll have to find another hibatchi place."

We were very impressed with his service and fun personality and would request him the next time we visit. "More then exceptional service! Starting from the leadership! Staff was friendly and organized. There was a wait which is alway a good sign. We were immediately seated at the bar and served some delicious drinks. The bartender was very attentive and even the restaurant manager(Alissa) came to check on my date and I. That was just the beginning! Once we were sat we had an amazing hibachi experience! With everything you would expect from a high end restaurant! We notice that the managment was very attentive and greeted all the tables which is something you don’t see very often. We could tell that managment kept the staff attentive and our experience couldn’t have been smoother! Definitely highly recommend for a night out or even a romantic date night!"

"Had a great evening with my Meetup Group here last Thursday. Hibachi Chefs here are really great and the Service was top-notch. Cocktails were quite good, and they used fresh ingredients for their fruit based drinks. We were a large group, and each of us ordered different types of Protein for the Hibachi, and everything tasted good. Seafood was a little overcooked, but they still tasted great, and it's bound to differ from Chef to Chef, so no big deal. Wish I had ordered some Sushi and other Menu items but the Hibachi order itself was more than filling, so stopped myself."

"The customer service was remarkable. My fiance and I showed up a little bit early for his birthday to have some appetizers by the bar together. The bartender was very attentive, and caring, and gave great recommendations from the appetizer menu appetizer menu. I also had a table of 10 for hibachi, and a reservation for 8 PM.. They usually do not sit that many people until everybody is there because it fills the table. The hostess, the bartender, the waiters, and the manager went above and beyond to accommodate us because everyone was late and even took family photos of us after dinner."
