Ice cubes are very large I’ve never been to a Dunkin where they have ice cubes this big, so it took up most of the room in my medium cup, and I barely got any drink."

Despite the facility's supposed opening time of 4:30am, it frequently doesn't open until 6am. There have been instances when the main door is locked, forcing customers to use the drive-through because the staff refuse to open the door. The manager's competence is questionable. Despite the presence of many staff members, they mainly engage in idle conversations and phone usage."
