"Their appliances look messy and spill all over. Sugar, etc.The tables were dirty, and the floors. But their bathroom were decent. Too bad that place is brand new."

"I made an online order. It was very busy and they forgot to make my drink so I did have to wait there for it but that’s no problem. The employees are very nice. The only complaint that I have is there. Ice cubes are very large I’ve never been to a Dunkin where they have ice cubes this big, so it took up most of the room in my medium cup, and I barely got any drink."

The facility's cleanliness is subpar, as I've never observed any staff cleaning or organizing. On multiple occasions, I've had my food turn cold while driving on the highway after rushing to work. Despite the facility's supposed opening time of 4:30am, it frequently doesn't open until 6am. There have been instances when the main door is locked, forcing customers to use the drive-through because the staff refuse to open the door. The manager's competence is questionable. Despite the presence of many staff members, they mainly engage in idle conversations and phone usage."
