"Couldn't even put not one star. I ordered breakfast. It was eggs and pancakes the eggs. I said over medium they came overheard. Look like egg salad. The pancakes were ice cold the next day I order soup. They give me 9 salts, not even a pepper. I go over there. The boss is refusing to do anything about it. Tell me all I'm gonna watch the cameras and see how many salt and pepper they gave you. And then he never came out the back. Never gave me my money back. This place has gone downhill. We need a new restaurant in Middletown downtown. Beware of the new owners rude beware food disgusting. Beware, they don't know how to cook."

"My first time going to Coney Island after hearing it had new owners and it’ll be my last time. While I was underwhelmed by my food being bland it was their customer service that is losing my business. I first hand witnessed the woman behind the counter be racist towards another customer. The woman came in and upon listening to her try to order a coffee I could tell she was not English speaking. She asked for a medium to which she was told they no longer did that size. The lady clearly did not understand and to which the the woman behind the counter became ruder in saying “we don’t do medium, do you understand?” Then proceeded to get a Spanish speaking employee from the kitchen and told him to talk to “Mexican lady” She got her coffee then went to sit and wanted to order food, again with the same woman from behind the counter. Most likely unable to read English the customer pointed to a picture of food and said “like this” to which the woman said “What you just want the steak? I don’t understand” then walked off and got the Spanish speaking employee again and said to him “go get order from Mexican lady” I had never seen such terrible and racist customer service come from Coney which I’ve been frequenting for 15+ years throughout all their ownerships. It is rude to assume what someone is and terrible to treat them as less due to lack of communication. The area is highly diverse and highly trafficked due to the location and bus station, if you do not have the patience for the constant diverse language of clientele then don’t serve."

"Had a good meal here! We got an omelette that was fluffy and flavorful; and a steak, good amount of food compared to the price. They refill your coffee which is appreciated. Place was clean and it seems well organized, it’s clear people working there do care to do a good job. Will be back!"

"It’s in a great location especially by the bus and all the barbershops around. Easy parking and close to everything. They are fast in there but the price on these sandwiches are ridiculous. I got 2 BLTs one with fries the other with chips no drink and it was $18. I wouldn’t have complained about the price but when I took a bite out of it and only tasted bread and lettuce I was upset. Of course I open up the sandwich to only see 2 slices of bacon on white bread smh I was extremely upset because I was hungry. The chips came with the sandwich where burnt and had no flavor. I wouldn’t recommend you getting a BLT from here."
