"This is by far my favorite Dunkin in the area, I go almost every day before work. I order in advance and my stuff is almost always ready when I walk in with no issues, despite being such a busy location! Everything always tastes great, and the employees are always so kind and go so above and beyond for the customers! I appreciate how fast & efficient this location is despite being so busy, and appreciate the care all of the employees put into their work! "
"They are never ready with your order I always do walkin order because drive-thru always packed I order atleast 15 prior and it still isn't ready when I get there and they have the nerv to ask why didn't I ask ???? Very slow workers and to many personal conversations going on when super busy"
"Horrible experience this morning: the employee taking the order was absolutely silent as we made the placed the order; we got the wrong order of avocado toast (no bacon); they did not give us the ordered coffee and as we stayed parked waiting for it, the employee asks if there was anything more (duh, how about you check the receipt?); finally we get the coffee - wrong size with no cream or sugar. C’Mon!"
