"Once I moved up here, this place made me feel like I was at my other Starbucks location. Everyone is very friendly, I get it's their job but when you are a regular you become on first name bases with everyone. They always make my drink right!"
"I really don''t like giving bad reviews as there are always extenuating circumstances that could explain some things but in this case, not sure it applies. I have been to Starbucks all over the world and hands down, this is the most perplexing in terms of its staff and incredible lack of any type of service capability I've experienced. I was there a couple of days ago and there were 9 staff behind the counter. Yes, NINE. And not one came over to take my order and I was the only one in line. There were also only 5 people in the store all of whom had their orders and were consuming it at the tables, which by the way the store is very large in comparison to most Starbucks stores, and so would be hard pressed to think the staff were tapped out busy serving anyone in the store. Also, there were only 2 cars being served in the car lane - I checked as I had that much time waiting for someone to ask for my simple order. As for take out orders, perhaps that's where the overwhelming demand was to take up 9 staff's time serving coffee drinks???!! Really?? As for my order, I timed it and it took 3 minutes and 47 seconds for someone to come over and take my order and even then it took over 3 minutes to get my 1 cup of plain grande dark coffee with a little milk to me. That person didn't bother to look at me, nor greet me (though that's not really important to me personally). I mean I understand if i had a complicated coffee order but just filling up coffee in a cup with a little milk took 3 minutes and this service person had no other order to contend with. I have no idea what the other 8 were doing but who ever manages this place is just incompetent as i've seen miracles of efficiencies at Starbucks with just 2 people. I gave the atmosphere a 2 because the store is actually nice and spacious but no cleans up the floor, anything and so looks untidy and the ridiculously high number of staff doing whatever they are doing but not being remotely attentive to folks in the store. Corporate should be made aware of this because it's clear the demand is strong yet this place is over staffed with probably well meaning people but they have no idea what they are doing and don't understand team dynamics for serving customers efficiently and friendly. I've also been to this Starbucks where the line has been crazy long, people getting really upset etc (and perhaps we all need to lower our temperature and expectations a bit when it comes to food service places) but this was really bad. Whoever the manager is needs to go immediately because there is a really good opportunity here and it is being wasted by someone who really doesn't understand the core values of QSR's and how Starbucks tries to offer solid, friendly service along with it's products. Sorry for the tough post but Starbucks should apologize to the raft of really dissatisfied customers for something as simple as coffee/tea drinks dispensation."
"What a disorganized mess. The manager is behind me interviewing a potential new hire while I'm standing over 5 minutes at the register with no one taking my order. Finally a sweet girl stopped making drinks and took my order. She looked lost too because she told me she was new. Another barista was "off the clock". Terrible management."
"It’s impressive the lack of customer service at this location. You literally feel like you are invisible. I’ve picked up numerous times at this location and have come to the conclusion that it’s the atmosphere created by the crew that make it very difficult for the customer. Will not be returning again. Do not see myself paying for that type of treatment. Gave one star because they did not have 1/2 a star."
"I really gave this place lots of chances - it’s near my job, easy. I’ve spent a lot of money- tried to exchange an expired loaf - cashier gave me a nasty attitude. Last week I had to leave without a $20 cup because it was out of stock - asked for a refund, couldn’t happen without the app. Just disappointed. I’ll go across town from now on."
