"I ordered a pistachio hot latte after being told this location was out of caramel Brule. Drink was very weak and had no taste. First time I visted this location and not a good first impression. The other location on rt 211 in middletown ny is always consistent and get the order correctly made."

"Great Starbucks. Staff is terrific, the store is clean and spacious, nice vibe and great place. Unlike its sister location about 1/2 mile away which i wrote about quite negatively ie take the extra couple of minutes drive, avoid that one and come here!"

"Starbucks is Starbucks. What else can you say? This one is located within orange plaza. Although it's IN the shopping plaza, it's off to the side. That being said, you won't have to worry about traffic or crossing pedestrians. This location has always been spotless any time I've entered. I've never received a wrong order or messed up food. This Starbucks is nothing but good. I can't complain."
