"Food here is tasty and they have good options. The Service was on the slower side compared to other offerings at the park. No shade or fans while waiting."
"Wildly overhyped with utterly miserable service. It took 30 minutes for my family of four (and those ahead of and behind us) to receive our ONE order of apple fries (to share) today around 11am. We were told the kitchen was "dropping the fries right now and they'll be ready very soon" several times while Big Apple Sundaes (which also use apple fries) were flying from the booth to folks behind us. When I pointed this out, the staff said the sundaes used fewer apples than the fry orders. However, one of the fry orders could have easily been made from what went into those multiple sundaes. In total, at least 6 families waited over half an hour, desperately hoping the culinary Legend of Legoland wouldn't disappoint. Unfortunately, it did. The fries themselves were tasty, but nothing to write home about. The whipped cream portion was insultingly tiny, while the caramel sauce packet (yes, packet) was uselessly huge. Worst of all, grease made the bottom of the container so soggy that it ripped with several fries still inside it, which fell to a sad fate on a rain- drenched bench. If Legoland sees this, I don't blame the cashier. She was a messenger of bad news who dealt gracefully with increasingly cranky parents. The chef and management, however, should reevaluate how to prepare for multiple orders of the item that's in the shop's name. Also, a sturdier container bottom should be a mandatory upgrade in the near future. I added an extra star for the playground nearby, as it entertained my kids for some of the wait while I stood in line."
"Avoid. The pictures posted previously do not represent what we experienced. I ordered at 11:16 a.m. and I did not get my food until 11:38 a.m. Portions were ridiculously tiny. See imagine."
"The apple fries were excellent. And if you like to feel like a real Lego block, please try their artificially colored bright green and yellow ice cream for the green toilet and wipes effect the next day."
"Apple fries are great. Minus 1 star for the ridiculous amount of food coloring in the ice cream. Only a few tables nearby to eat at."
