"The server today gave me the wrong drink. I had to drive back another Five minutes. As soon as I got there and told them about the situation, they never apologized, Never said anything. No etiquette."

"Never had major issues but I’m getting very annoyed by Dunkin at Goshen NY. It’s not the first time they mess up but now this is ridiculous. Yesterday I paid for an order of snacking bacon(and other things) and when I get to the window they said they didn’t have any and I had to settle for a plain bagel. Today I ordered a hot peppermint mocha signature latte and guess what? Just a plain damn hot coffee with milk.. you try calling the store and they never answer the damn phone either. A mistake once in a while is acceptable but two days in a row and getting charged and not receiving correct items is very very ridiculous."

"HOT MESS! What is going on here? I don't know if it's short staff or teenagers getting their first job but it has gotten worse in time. Often have had trouble where they don't have donuts or munchkins (the 1 time of the year I go to buy them). The hot beverages are inconsistent and the cashier's are inconsistent with giving basic attention to the customer. Needs serious improvement.....oh, and be prepared to wait extravagant amounts of time when you're trying to get to work."
