Not only was the girl short staffed, but was super sweet and professional to us all while handling orders by herself. I don’t usually frequent this location but because of her service I’ll make sure to come here more often. A big thank you to her!!! "The day crew people are fine. However, whoever they have on the night crew keeps continuously putting hazelnut instead of blueberry in my matcha lattes. I don't understand how or why it keeps happening but it genuinely gets irritating spending $5 on a drink that I immediately throw out because it's disgusting."

"I came more often when my pal worked there. They churn. My only problem is the blatant misuse of plastic gloves when providing food service. If you’re going to wear gloves to protect the customer from bacteria, you shouldn’t use those same gloves to make their food, handle their change, and find a spare bag somewhere in some drawer hidden under some microwave in the back. Change the gloves, you have the money."
