"Bought a dryer from them & expected it to last for a few years. The dryer is malfunctioning & I called to get someone to come look at it. They told me someone would call me back but never did. I have an injury to my foot & went over there in person. They told me that the technician would come to fix it but will call me when he's on his way. No one has called or came. I tried calling but no one answered my calls to the store. I have laundry pulled up. Bought a refrigerator from them b4 this dryer & the fridge leaked but they were very good with fixing it so I don't know what's going on with their customer care now. Guess I'll have to limp over there again."

"I give two stars because the appliances look great I thought the lady was professional. but come to find out they're very unprofessional when my brother ordered the refrigerator on Thursday and they was ready to ship it the same day however he told them he won't need it until Saturday he contact them Saturday they say that it coming after 2 no call no show he didn't receive a call Monday morning he called them then at 2:00 today he went there and he heard a lot of excuses before he walked out they said it's on the truck and it should be there within an hour he didn't get a call till 5:30 that they're on their way that's ridiculous and very very unprofessional won't be needing their service anymore first and the last time"

"Definitely worth the trip. The minute you walk into the door they welcome you and very willing to assist you. Told the guy what we were looking for, how much we had and needed delivered. He didn't try to up sale us or anything got us what we needed and they delivered it. The delivery guys topped the experience they were very humble and down to earth. Look forward to doing business with them in the future"
