"Call about my dryer was given a time In swhich was an hour past the time had the nerve to call me and Ask me what’s wrong with the dryer I asked him aren’t you supposed to come in he came and looked at the dryer told me he’ll be back In 45 min and never came back called me and said something came up and he’ll be here the next day at 11-1130 called at 12 to find out why he isn’t here and express how unprofessional it was and he got on the phone and said he can’t do the job he just can’t do No explanation or anything just lazy would not recommend"

"I brought a refrigerator on 7-19-19 which is a lemon. It only worked for 3 days. They sent some guy to fix it and it clunked out again 3 days later. The repair man was suppose to come back out today 7-26-19 to fix it once I got off work and after 2 hours of waiting for him just stopped answering his phone. All my kids food is going bad. Horrible professionalism. I will be returning to the store on Monday to hopefully get my money back cause I just dont want to take anymore chances with the business."
