"Service was very slow. We waited over an hour to be taken care of. Only 1 associate per department. The associate was helpful and explained everything we needed to know about our purchase. Was not pushy, asked questions about opening an account and moved on when we said no."

"I went in to buy a TV because mine suddenly stopped working. Johnny was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about all the brands of TV's and features. He was also very patient with me as I had a ton of questions. I had a wonderful experience at this location and will definitely be back."

"I was sent from one place to the next. Started by waiting in line for customer service, then was pointed to geek squad, then was told to get a replacement for my product and bring it back to geek squad and they would do the replacement. After wandering for about 8 minutes to get someone to help me, I was directed to stand in line at the checkout area. They then brought the product from the check out area to geek squad where I waited in line again to be seen and after waisting about an hour total, I’m then told they can’t help me and I have to speak with the company who makes the product. I am beyond frustrated with Best Buy Vauxhall’s staff and how this situation was handled. This was my go to location but after today, seeing as this was my THIRD time being given the run around in the same store for different reasons, I am officially done with this location."

"I came here on two occasions. Once earlier this week to make a purchase and today to return an item. There was only have only one associate working at the checkout and taking returns. Today as I waited for returns the one associate was helping a customer through what seemed to be a lengthy process and there were a few other employees at the next counter walking back and forth and they waited about 10 minutes before asking if I needed assistance. The quality of service and efficiency is lacking. I wouldn't recommend coming here. Please save your time and energy."

"Not a good experience. Sales reps were great and everyone was helpful and the buying process was easy. However the TV I purchased brand new was damaged. I returned a sound bar 15 days later and they can't promise a return. Then they do process the return but it hasn't landed yet. It's just overall been not good, seems like a best buy policy issue more than anything about this store. Not pleased that I bought a $1000 TV and it's broken and I'm just out of luck at this point haha nice! Also accused of some poor install, but I'll let the attached finished product speak for itself. Hope someone fixes it then I can fix the review."
