"I made an order online on May 2. I received my order on May 17. Pretty long wait but I got a deep discount so it was fine. One of the pants was defective, so instead of chancing it, I decided to return both pairs. I called the store ahead of time to see if they would allow me to exchange the pants for a different pair, at the same discount and I would pay the difference since the pants I wanted were a few dollars more per pair. The person on the phone said they could do that. I brought the items in today and spoke with another employee, Tina. I picked my pants and went to pay and it was a lot more than I expected. I explained the discount and what I was expecting. She was very kind and understanding and explained everything from her side. I was really disappointed thinking I was had by Torrid, but Tina accommodated me and made it work. I left happy and I just want to say Tina is really a super employee, very nice, genuine and so helpful. Tina, if you're ever looking for a new job, let me know! Lol!"
