"Today is August 2, 2023 Went into this location to buy my daughter shoes there are approximately three employees working one at the register to others talking in the front of the store. I’ve asked more than once for a different size in the sneaker for my daughter, and the two girls that are speaking keeps saying someone will be with you in a minute why they’re looking on their phone and talking it’s a shame I will not be shopping at this location or any other kids footlocker again there are plenty of stores where I could get my daughter sneakers like famous footwear"

"Never has my son’s size. Loud music pumping like the clubs with cussing and foul language. This is a kid’s shoe store!! My son shouldn’t be exposed to grown music at a mall. Use some sense and play the radio edit."

"Had a great experience with a very nice young man and young woman who worked there they were the only two working and were extremely helpful picking out and sizing my daughter's shoes the store was very clean except for behind the entire register and you can see down the hallway into the storage room and there is boxes and garbage spilling out of the door and I couldn't even put the sneakers down on the register countertop because it was so piled up with empty hangers and empty boxes and plastic and other garbage. Not a very busy store so I didn't see how nobody would have time to just simply straighten up a little bit it almost looked like they just opened, and that wasn't the case but as for customer service it was fantastic just the overall appearance of the store wasn't really acceptable when I paid $100 for a 9-year-old's shoes"

"Very rude employees! They are inconsiderate of their customers. I walked in there and they were staring like deers in headlights. It was very uncomfortable and weird. Not to mention the manager is arrogant and looks like Bautista. He was extremely condescending when I asked him questions. Never going back there! I’d rather go to Champs."
