"I walked in with my husband, because we were window shopping for new decorations for our new home we just bought on the beach. When we entered, not only did we receive unpleasant stares from the staff, but instead of saying welcome, the woman who works the shop, with no smile or kind expression, immediately asked “Can I help y’all with anything!?” It was the most unwelcoming, unpleasant, and racially profiled experience I’ve ever encountered. We immediately left because of how unwelcoming everyone in that store was. We were really looking forward to purchasing some nice decorations for our new home. But we gladly went elsewhere. I do not recommend supporting this business as the shop attendant/owner/whoever she was has a negative discriminatory mindset. Sincerely, black excellence."

"Love this locally owned shop at the Oceanfront, they have a little bit of everything to do with gorgeous decor at a reasonable price! It’s a perfect place to pickup a gift plus they gift wrap! The bad reviews must be from the previous owner!!"
"Don't waste your time. I saw an item I liked, so I grabbed it and brought it to the register. Owner said she's not selling the display, she didn't have any in stock, and I had to special order it. After contemplating for several minutes, I special ordered the item and paid up front. The owner gave me an ETA. I went to the store and she told me my item has not arrived, so she gave me another ETA. I went back and she still didn't have it. She blamed the vendor/manufacturer. After three to four months of waiting, I asked for a refund. Owner got very rude and snappy. She didn't want to give me a refund, but I had to keep pushing to get my money back. What kind of customer service was that?! Not worth it."
