"We were early around 8am at the store and wanted a Birthday cake in urgent. There was only one associate and she was so kind to let us in and help with preparing our arrangements within 10 mins. Really appreciate her for everything she did to make our experience great and plan work. Thank You!"

"I live in another state, and after this experience I'll be researchng privately owned franchises from now on. This is a terrible location I wish I would have read these reviews first. I ordered a birthday package for my father and have yet to receive a call or email about the status of my order which I initiated 2 days ago. I don't understand the level of difficulty it takes to deliver this to a person who lives literally a stones throw from this place, or even answer the phone or return a call. As for the email asking for reviews like my order arrived I wish I could give them a 0 star and report them to the BBB. I'd advise other unhappy customers to do do the same."

"I would give 0 stars if I could. I was told my daughter-in-law's birthday arrangement was not getting delivered because of a "medical emergency" and they called at the end of the day to tell me that. I thought ok that's a good excuse until I read all the negative reviews that say the same thing. Well the next day comes and at 5 o'clock still nothing. No communication, what so ever. They do not answer the phone so you don't know what's going on. Would not recommend."

"my wife ordered an arrangement for my daughters bday. it showed up a day late. the gentleman delivered a day late and said "we had a family emergency" we didnt receive any notice from them or an apology."

"If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I placed an order on the 24th for delivery on the. 25th. It is now the 27th and they have yet to deliver or even assemble my order. I have left many messages and tried to speak with someone but I cannot get any responses. DO NOT USE THIS STORE! There is no customer service at all."
