"Always great coming back here. This has been a watering hole for decades. I Isa the checkers and working fireplace but mostly it’s the same. I can relax after Walking dog street and just chill. Have a drink and contemplate my day. Very relaxing."

"Friday night just after 6pm. We were seated in a minute. Drinks came within 5 minutes. I ordered the burger medium, and it was cooked perfectly. My friend had the pulled pork with man-n-cheese, and he liked it. The prices were comparable to any other place with similar menu items. In fact, the burger was actually less expensive. We also tried the crab chowder. It also great, and had nice crab in it. Chris was our server and she was very attentive and got it all right and in a timely way. All in all, a great dinner."
"Cool place in the heart of Williamsburg attached to the Lodge. Took a group of 10 in to enjoy dinner. Historic pictures hung throughout. Had a couple old fashions from the bar they were tasty. Service was excellent. Steve one of the employees told us about the bread pudding so had to try it. And it was very good. If you are ever in Historic Williamsburg it would be a good spot to take the family for a good meal."
