Pal's Sudden Service

"I just went through the house drive through line in order to strawberry milkshakes for over $12 as a young man was bringing the milkshakes to the window apparently he took it upon himself to suck the little bit of drops of strawberry off the top of the lid before they serve me my drink if I would have saw this in the line I would have brought it to their attention instead my wife tells me as we drove away I went home and then threw away our $12 milkshakes I will not be back to this place that is disgusting. Thank you for your response, I emailed."

"In the year 2024, there's no excuse for a Pal's employee to hand me a bag full of grease logged, soggy limp fries. If that's all you have, tell me you need to make more fries. If you can't do that, tell me that you're out of fries. But shame on the employees that decided the trash they handed out that window was "good enough." Never again. 1/22/24 at 2:10 PM"

"Eat here! I am from Chattanooga and hadn’t heard of PAL’s until seeing it while searching for food on a road trip. The reviews were good so I tried it. I ordered too much food so I could try the hot dog, big pal (with cheese and bacon), a sauceburger, Frenchie fries and a strawberry milkshake. Next time I’d skip the sauceburger (there is little less beef on this one than the big pal, although still tasty) and go right for the big pal. It was a really good size burger, tastes like you’d make at home. Everything was delicious and hot and crazy fast. Service was super. The fries are legitimately the best out there, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Not even McDonald’s could beat them. Next time I’m in the area and would love to try the breakfast! I rated lower on atmosphere simply because it’s drive through only, but it would not stop me from coming back."

"I grew up in Tennessee, but I moved to NC years ago. I still make the 6 hour round drive back home just to wat Pals. It doesn't matter if the line is in the road, I have never waited longer than 2 mins to place my order and get my food. The food is always hot and always delicious."

"The Sauce Burger is basically a meat patty with a ketchup type sauce on a bun. The fries were good. The service was very fast and friendly. If I go back I'll try a different sandwich."
