"Absolutely gorgeous birthday bouquet and balloon with personalized card. Pollards really went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect and even added in some extra roses for my daughter. I feel terrible because I initially left a one star review thinking they didn’t attempt delivery on the correct date but they sure did and it was not their fault. I live out of state so it was hard for me to communicate initially but I will most definitely order arrangements from Pollards in the future.
