"I ordered a plaque for my retirement in December back in OCTOBER. Their machine was down and not working so they said they would send it to my house when the machine got up and running. It is now going into January with no plaque for my shadow box. I do NOT recommend this company and be advised that they do not respond to emails or messages if you do have issues. About to post to all the other sites as well about this issue since they refuse to respond by any means."

"I asked if my medals could be done and shipped to me. They said yes. Three days later. They called and asked if I was picking them up or if they were shipping. I tell them shipping. Next day I called and asked if they made it out. They said yes, so I asked for the tracking number. I was told I'd be called back. I wasn't. Called again for the next two days and the phone went to voicemail. I left a message called the other store on the website but they didn't know why no one was answering but they'd look into it and call me back. Didn't happen. The medals still aren't here and my ball was this past Saturday. They finally answered today and said my medals were still there because the USPS doesn't recognize the address that they deliver to every day. Even if this were true, which is doubtful they didn't call me, I had to call them. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe my mood. Thanks for making my ball a disaster."

"Horrible experience. I went through Ivan Rodriguez. He says he's the owner. If you call either number, you get him on the phone. This was the 4th time we've used him and the service was horrendous. He had an attitude the whole time. Loves to say "that's not my problem." He is tentative about sending the invoice. But what takes the cake is that he charged 5x the shipping price. Keep in mind I've ordered the same product 4 times. The first three times the shipping was $50 or less. This time it was $250. Same product. Same UPS. 5x the price. The difference is that he sent it in a HUGE box this time. When he asked for $250 for shipping, I told him I would just purchase from UPS directly. And he gave me the huge dimensions for this box and I had no choice but to use that. I suspect he would have sent it in a smaller box and pocketed the difference but he had to go through with it since I paid for shipping myself. He also told the store not to ship it the day he dropped it off until I paid for the product, which would be totally reasonable except he wouldn't make time for me to pay. It was an ordeal. I don't wish that kind of experience on anyone. Honestly I don't know if the pandemic has made things hard for his business, but the service was awful. I would rather pay more money than be ripped off for shipping. I had always appreciated his work and customer service, but I definitely have to find someone else for any future purchases. I was nothing but nice to him on the phone."
