"Customer service is lacking as in many stores today. One person on register, forced to move to other register due to problem, which continued on other register. The worker was forced to call for a supervisor who was overwhelmed with own work. I finally left my purchases on the counter and told the worker to tell the CEO, “ they don’t need my money” and went down the street to Food Lion, since the Rite Aid down the street is just as bad."
