"I am so tired of the rudeness that exudes out of the pharmacy techs. I understand you have to keep order and there are patients who may not always listen or follow guidelines but that does not excuse them to act like they hate their job. They treat everyone like they aren’t real people with emotions. This isn’t a store, we are not customers we are patients waiting for our medications that we Need. There is one particular pharmacist that talks down to everyone and waits until a person has made an innocent mistake to get real snippy with them. It costs nothing to be Kind."

"I’m upset bc I knew this was the place I could go on the weekend to pick up my medication refills. Since the other base pharmacies are now keeping hours during my working hours. How in the hell are they expecting patients to get their meds beyond that horrible xpress script program. I checked online this morning to verify the time they open and I could go pick up my med. I get there and there a sign with their operating hours and no weekend hours. They need to update this online. Now im going to have to drive from Virginia Beach all the way to the naval hospital in Portsmouth to get my refills."
