"Perhaps they experience a lot of theft or something but the cashier watched me like a hawk and with suspicion. I ended up purchasing $40 worth of items but it felt really uncomfortable and rude. I was waiting for my mother to get out of surgery."
"Yes I was visiting a dear friend, the staff is outstanding in all of their efforts to help and the love and compassion is on a very loving level. Of course it would have been nice to have gro the restaurant fried, mac&cheese cornbread and yes some strong greens.with some green onions and.han hock, wash down with lemonade not from concentrate. Anyway if I was sick then I would enjoy the staff at St.Marys Hospital to care for me. Peace to you all have a bless day."
"I love this hospital! Their attention to detail and customer service are outstanding! All three grandchildren were born here. I have nothing but superb compliments and comments for St. Mary."
"We take our son twice a year to have blood drawn and see Dr Kumar; his thyroid doc. Dr Kumar and his staff are great. They are very kind and patient with Sean. The phlebotomists are great too! Very hard to draw blood from a scared, struggling 5 yr old. Daddy actually gets more stressed watching his boy being hurt! They are fast and efficient. BUT...in the waiting room they have a new automated check-in kiosk. It is horrible and confusing. No human contact. I saw an older lady get very upset and confused trying to use it. No help was offered. A waiting patient finally stepped forward to help her. Drawing blood can be scary. Checking in with a smiling receptionist makes a huge difference. Thumbs down for the new technology at the phlebotomists office."
