Walmart Pharmacy

"Without giving a long backstory, I want to give my thanks and praise to Dr. Muhammad at this pharmacy. He went so far beyond typical service. He was a bright beam of kindness and compassion in a very bad day for me. I was in a lot of discomfort. He noticed this, and responded in a calm and human way that our modern society lacks. Thank you a million times Dr. Muhammad."

"It took them a week to fill one of my scripts. Most of the staff were nice to me on the phone and were trying to be helpful and figure out the issue but one particular person was very rude to me over the phone."

"Rarely have I felt welcome. Staff aren't outwardly rude, I just feel like they are not happy, they don't like customers, and ate there only for the paycheck. The first time I used curbside puck up, it took the 20 something gentleman quite a while to come out. I said "it must be busy today" he answered with, " no, I had to get my coat". So glad my medication wasn't life saving"

"Some of the people at this pharmacy are extremely unprofessional. They made a mistake concerning my prescription...not once, but TWICE . When I calmly addressed it with one of the reps another pharmacy tech rudely interjected when it was not necessary nor asked for her to do so. It was not only the fact that she was interjecting where she shouldn't have, it was also her tone, and her demeanor when doing so (it's not always what you say, it's how you say it). Naturally I responded to that appropriately and I went even further as to address it directly with her supervisor...who honestly seemed like she could care less and only wanted to pacify me to get me out her face. But that is absolutely ok, because if I ever have another encounter with that particular rep again along those lines I will ABSOLUTELY be contacting corporate and submitting a formal complaint. The employees do things that they absolutely would NOT do in certain areas (and I do not need to spell it out). So my view is this , treat people how you want to be treated no matter WHERE you are or who you are dealing with . Just a mess."

"This place is terrible! They stay understaffed and what staff that is there is deplorable. Everytime I've been here Debora takes her sweet time and is slow as Christmas. Debora is also very rude along with the rest of the staff. Today was the last straw. I stood in line for 45 minutes and when I got to the counter they did not have my insurance information even though I have given it to them twice. They told me I would have to wait in another line to have them enter my insurance information..."again." I told them to put it back and went to the CVS down the street where I got my prescriptions for the $5 copay in about ten minutes from kind and helpful staff!"
