"the 3 stars is more for the minute clinic, it says they take walk-ins, they don't! being able to walk-in was part of the original selling point when they became part of CVS many years ago as well as the convenience. nothing stays the same!"
"Very short and rude customer service. After I pick up my prescription will never have another one filled here!"
"The lines were oh-so-long. I left and told them to keep the prescription."
"This was hands down the worst vaccine experience I have ever had. My appointment was at 4:30 and I arrived at 4:37. There were already 2 people in front of me and I was about to find out why. 4 staff members mulling about, joking, and otherwise doing nothing (there were no other customers at the pharmacy during the 45 minutes I spent there) instead of helping the one staff member running vaccines. She gives one shot, goes to the back for 20 minutes (likely to write forms and prepare vaccine syringes that could easily have been prepared by the other staff). We finally get back for our appointment at 5:15 at which point she asks for my information which I give her. When she then repeats it back to me, its all wrong, including my son’s last name, and needs to be rewritten. Then she finally sits him down and the very first thing she does is unsheathe the needle right in front of his face. He then becomes fixated on it, freaks out, and then she refuses to give him the vaccine because “he’s moving to much”. Probably a good time to mention my son my son has received regular vaccinations since birth with absolutely no problems up until today. I leave after having 45 minutes of my time wasted on top of the hour I spent traveling to and from. No shot no nothing and I will need to reschedule his appointment with his pediatrician who has done all of his other shots because I sure as heck am not rescheduling this appointment at another CVS. "The pharmacists and technicians here are always kind, and are great at taking care of my needs as a customer and person with questions about my medicine."
